After retiring from a full-time job last fall, I decided to train to teach prenatal and postpartum yoga because I believe that exploring the mind/body connection during and after pregnancy can make the experience even more special than it already is.

The most important thing you should be considering as we end 2008 and commence 2009 is: "How do I recession-proof my business, so it endures tough economic times?" The answer is in publicity. If you are only reaching clients in one city or region of TN, you will need to expand statewide.
